Welcome to El Patio Leadsheets. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
El Patio Leadsheets provides professional music transcription services. We convert audio recordings or links provided by the customer into musical notation (Leadsheets, Vocal Sheets, or Pro Bundles) in digital formats (PDF, MIDI, XML).
2. Custom Work & Delivery Process
- Order Commencement: Work begins only after the payment is successfully processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and the customer has submitted the required project details via our official intake form.
- Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on complexity. Any estimated delivery date is a professional estimate, not a legal guarantee.
- Digital Delivery: All final products are delivered digitally via email or secure download links. No physical goods will be shipped.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Copyright: The customer warrants that they own the rights to the music submitted for transcription or that their use is for legal purposes. El Patio Leadsheets acts solely as a technical service provider.
Accuracy of Data: The customer is responsible for providing clear audio and accurate lyrics. Deficiencies in the source material may affect the quality of the final transcription.
4. Revisions & Refunds
Revisions: Each package includes a specific number of revisions (as stated in our pricing table). Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of transcription services, refunds cannot be issued once the transcription work has commenced. If you wish to cancel, you must do so immediately after payment and before submitting the intake form.
5. Payments (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all payment inquiries and returns.
6. Limitation of Liability
El Patio Leadsheets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered digital files.
